Return & Refund Policy
A clear, considered approach to returns.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging, with supplied items included. Brief try-on solely to check the size is permitted; the bracelet must not have been worn in use.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Contact us before shipping so we can provide return authorization and confirm the return instructions. Our return address is Thredlyne, 19 Rue Des Tournesols, 31450 Ayguesvives, France.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, an incorrect item, damage or a defect. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost to our address in France. There is no restocking fee. Approved ordinary returns refund the item price paid, without a deduction for the original free shipping.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and, where available, photographs that help us understand it. We will arrange the appropriate return process and cover return shipping. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help identifying a refund.
