Where we deliver
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
Shipping cost and method
Standard shipping is free on every eligible order. There is one shipping method; no minimum purchase is required.
Handling and transit
Free shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Handling is the time before dispatch; transit begins after dispatch.
Order cutoff and business days
Our order cutoff is 07:00PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and their observed dates. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin their handling window on the next business day.

Delays or missing deliveries
Contact us if a parcel is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged. We will review the circumstances and help resolve the delivery issue. If we cannot dispatch within the applicable time, any required delay consent or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Taxes
The checkout displays a tax amount of $0 under our current store pricing configuration. This does not mean the products are legally exempt from tax.
