Products and prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Product pages describe the available designs, materials, finishes and sizes. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Product prices and descriptions may be updated; the price presented for a purchase applies to that purchase. No particular availability is promised by the display of a product alone.
Payment authorization
When you submit a payment through a supported payment method, you authorize the stated amount for that purchase. You must be authorized to use the payment method and provide accurate billing details. Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment service terms and the actual processing result.
Order acceptance
Orders are subject to acceptance by Thredlyne. We communicate order acceptance, payment status and fulfillment information as applicable to the transaction. Any payment communication reflects the actual processing result. These terms do not reduce any legal refund rights.
Shipping and taxes
We offer free standard shipping within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 4–6 business days, not a guarantee. The cutoff is 07:00PM at fixed GMT−06:00, without daylight saving adjustments. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded. See the Shipping Policy for details. Checkout tax is currently $0; no legal tax exemption is represented.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-day request period from receipt, no restocking fee, and refund to the original payment account within 10 calendar days after approval. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Use of the website
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit misleading information. The Thredlyne name, original graphics and website content may not be used without authorization, except as permitted by law.
